BASIC TRAVEL INFORMATION

15U, 16U, 17U TRAVEL TEAMS - Will travel to Hawaii in January and Salt Lake City in April.  

Club pays for the hotel rooms (team rooms), vans, tournament fees.

Athletes arrange and pay for their own travel, food, tournament swag, and any fun purchases.

13U,14U TRAVEL TEAMS - Will travel to Salt Lake City in April (pending enough commitment from each team). 

IMPORTANT: Middle school athletes are required to travel with an adult guardian.

Club pays for tournament fees.

FOOD

Athletes should bring money for food.  We will eat the free breakfast at the hotel each day.  We will do a little shopping for basics, rooms have microwaves, refrigerators.  We will also need to eat at least one meal on the go each day.  

Athletes should plan to bring food for their layovers, or expect to pay extra if they're shopping at airports.

TRANSPORTATION

The club will have two vans, and transport athletes.

COST

Club covers most expenses, except athlete flights and food.  The cost for this trip will not exceed $800 per athlete, and will likely be less.

Hotel rooms:
13U & 14U are required to travel with their guardian.  We must get 12 nights/rooms booked per team, a link to available hotels will be available by the first week of December.  Ace can only hold a room block for a week, so the link will be updated regularly, and the available hotel rooms will change.

Hotel blocks can only be held by the club for 7 days, after the block expires, we have to create an hold a new block.  We'll try to update this link with current hotels every Friday or Saturday morning, until we reach our required 12 room nights per team.

15U - Athletes should bring money for food.  We will eat the free breakfast at the hotel, but any other food will need to be purchased.  There are microwaves and refrigerators in the hotel rooms, and you should plan to eat on the go at least once a day.  15U should also consider packing snacks for layovers on travel days.  Food at the airport will be expensive.

COST

See above for costs broken out by age division.  In addition to expenses listed above, there is a payment owed to the club. No payments will exceed $800, and will likely be less.

Our travel teams are an extension of our club volleyball teams.  We like to take a few teams each year to out of state tournaments, on top of their regular in-state tournament lineup.

Travel is an additional fee of $800 PER TRIP plus you arrange your own airfare.  Our travel director will let you know which flights the coaches will be on, and you can decide if you'd like your daughter on that flight too, or if you'd like to arrange your own travel.

The 24/25 travel teams will travel

13U tournament: Travel once if there is enough interest
14U tournament: Travel once
15U tournament: Possibly travel twice
16U tournament: Possibly travel twice
17U tournament: Possibly travel twice

13u Travel Team

24/25 - If there is enough interest,  the 13u travel team will be heading to Utah for the Salt Lake City Showdown.

14u Travel Team

24/25 The 14u travel team will be heading to Utah for the Salt Lake City Showdown.

15u Travel Team

24/25  The 15u travel team will have the option to travel twice. The first trip will be to the Trans Pacific Volleyball Tournament and the second trip will be to the Salt Lake City Showdown.

16u Travel Team

24/25  The 16u travel team will have the option to travel twice. The first trip will be to the Trans Pacific Volleyball Tournament and the second trip will be to the Salt Lake City Showdown.

17u Travel Team

24/25  The 17u travel team will have the option to travel twice. The first trip will be to the Trans Pacific Volleyball Tournament and the second trip will be to the Salt Lake City Showdown.
