Tiffany Secoy

I started coaching in the 2009/2010 season. My sister was coaching 4th and 5th graders and asked for help. I decided to help and the team eventually became my sole responsibility. I have coached volleyball ever since. My love for the game didn’t start there. I have played or participated in volleyball in some way since I was 12. I was fortunate enough to have a complete middle school through high school youth volleyball career, playing club volleyball and soccer in the off season. There was a brief break between high school and college that I didn’t play, however once in college I found the volleyball scene and participated in many intramural volleyball seasons. I currently play on two women’s league teams, one on the court and one in the sand. I still LOVE to play!!

When I am not in the gym, I am a full time stay at home mom. I also spend time working at my daughter’s school as a reading tutor and have in the past been a part time substitute teacher. I enjoy teaching on and off the court. When I’m at home, I enjoy time with my family and many, many crafts and hobbies. All of them include some kind of fiber or fabric and some kind of needle. I avidly read sci/fi and fantasy novels and adore Star Trek! My cats are even named Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock.
